Stephens joins Prime Robotics from Mersive, where she served as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering. During her tenure, she successfully transformed a struggling engineering organization into a high-performance team, launched a new international development center, and architected a next-generation product platform. Her leadership approach combines deep technical fluency with keen insight into system design, team dynamics, and long-term product strategy.
