Variants — One Platform
A low-profile AMR that slides under standard pallets and lifts them directly. The MobilePallet operates on the open warehouse floor alongside people, forklifts, and other robots — no lane modifications, no dedicated aisles, no fixed infrastructure.
The MobilePallet ships in three configurations. Navigation and environment rating are specified at order — the robot chassis, PES integration, and station compatibility are identical across all three.
All three variants run on the same PES orchestration platform and connect to the same stations. The differences are navigation method and operating environment.
Navigates using QR codes placed at key floor positions throughout the warehouse. Precise, reliable, and straightforward to deploy. Best for facilities with a stable, well-defined layout.
Ambient warehouse operation
Combines SLAM map-based navigation for flexible floor movement with QR correction at station docking points. Best for dynamic environments where the layout changes or obstacle routing is a priority.
Ambient warehouse operation
Same robot, specified for continuous freezer operation to −20°F. Available with either QR or QR+SLAM navigation. Battery chemistry, seals, and electronics rated for sustained cold environment performance.
−20°F continuous operation · 6–8 hr runtime
The MobilePallet picks up pallets from storage positions, transports them to stations, queues under PES direction, and returns to storage or the next task — without human instruction at each step. PES assigns the next task before the current one completes. The robot is never idle when there’s work available.
PES calculates the next optimal task while the robot is still mid-run. Zero dead time between assignments.
QR correction at every station docking point — on both navigation variants. Consistent, repeatable position every cycle.
No wire guides, no fixed rails. QR-only floors need QR code placement only. SLAM+QR floors need no pre-installation at all.
Both navigation variants deliver precise, reliable pallet movement. The right choice depends on how dynamic your floor is and how much flexibility you want to reconfigure without touching hardware.
QR codes placed at key floor positions guide movement and provide millimeter-precision docking at every station. Straightforward to deploy and maintain. Reconfigure by updating code positions and the PES map.
Adds Simultaneous Localization and Mapping for map-based navigation across the full floor. The robot adapts to layout changes dynamically — QR codes still handle precision docking at stations. Best for changing or complex environments.

The Arctic Series MobilePallet is the same robot specified for continuous freezer operation. Battery chemistry, seals, and electronics rated for sustained cold performance — not just brief cold exposure. Available with QR or QR+SLAM navigation.
A MobilePallet without PES is a capable robot. With PES it is a coordinated task executor that is part of a system managing every pallet, every station, and every robot simultaneously. Both navigation variants integrate identically with PES.
PES assigns every task. It manages traffic across the full fleet in real time, coordinates handoffs between the MobilePallet and stations, and adjusts routing when conditions change. The robot never waits for a human directive.
PES calculates and assigns moves across the full fleet continuously. Priorities set in WorkFlow Builder, not hardcoded into the robot.
PES routes all robots simultaneously, preventing congestion and managing right-of-way across every aisle, station queue, and charging bay.
When a station goes offline, orders spike, or a robot hits low battery, PES rebalances the fleet dynamically — no operator intervention required.
The MobilePallet operates in the same fleet as MobileShelf AMR and RackBot (4-way pallet shuttle ASRS). PES orchestrates all three simultaneously. One vendor. One system. One point of accountability.
Full pallet transport — 4,400 lb capacity. QR or QR+SLAM navigation. Open warehouse floor between storage, stations, and receiving. Arctic variant available.
Goods-to-person order fulfillment. Drives shelving units to pick stations. Optimized for mixed-SKU and e-commerce order profiles.
4-way pallet shuttle ASRS for deep-lane high-density storage. Not an AMR — travels on dedicated rack rails. Partners with MobilePallet on pallet workflows.
